Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 250g Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1/2 cup Castor Sugar
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/4 cup Semolina

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar together until pale in color then pour in the oil and mix well.
  2. Add in the dry ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.
  3. Break off small pieces of dough and roll them into a ball, place them on a baking sheet, and flatten each ball gently with a fork to create the markings.
  4. Bake at 180C / 350F for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Biscuits may be rolled in castor sugar after baking (optional).
  6. Enjoy!!
