or use 3 cups all-purpose flour + 3 teaspoons baking powder - 1 can or bottle of beer (any kind works!)
- Spices: black pepper, garlic salt, paprika, dill
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

- onions, garlic, green peppers, ham, bacon, olives, nuts, or seeds
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 360°F (180°C).
- Line a bread pan with parchment or lightly grease it.
- In a big bowl, mix the flour and spices.
- Stir in the beer and cheese (and any extras you’re throwing in).
- If it feels too thick to stir, add a splash more beer; no big deal.
- Pour it into the pan and bake for 45–60 minutes, until golden and firm.
- That’s all it takes. No kneading, no rising time, no fuss.
