Description
Super easy, delicious, and made in the microwave, so no fuss and bother!
Ingredients
Units
Scale
- 300 g (1 tin) condensed milk
- 1 tin of regular milk
- 2 tins of warm water
- 25 ml melted butter
- 5 large or 4 XL eggs
- 37.5 ml Custard powder
- 37.5 ml maizena
- Pinch of salt
- 7.5 ml vanilla essence
- 2.5-5ml Cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large microwave bowl.
- Microwave three times as follows: 1st session: 7 minutes; 2nd session: 5 minutes; 3rd session: 3 minutes
- Use a handheld electric mixer and after each session in the microwave beat it for one minute.
- If you have a high-powered microwave then only do 5; 3 and 1-minute intervals which I did.
- Once done add the vanilla essence and beat one last time and pour the mixture over the crumbs.
- Sprinkle with Cinnamon powder and let it set in the fridge.
- I used a springform pan (as it’s super easy to pop it out) and covered the bottom with a circle of parchment paper. I will use a 9” next time, then it will the thicker but obviously, it does not make a difference.
