Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 750 grams prawns
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Gorimas Rombo Rossi masala
  • 2 teaspoon Kashmiri masala
  • 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 elaichi/cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut whole chicken into pieces or use fillets.
  2. Deveined and washed Prawns
  3. Dice onions and tomato
  4. Add salt, pepper, lemon juice, fresh thyme and rosemary to prawns
  5. Add butter and chopped garlic to a pan
  6. Allow to heat
  7. Fry prawns for 2 minutes on each side
  8. Remove from stove and remove shell
  9. Then in another pot
  10. Fry onions with bay leaves, cinnamon and elaichi
  11. Then add turmeric, masalas, ginger and garlic paste
  12. Add tomatoes and tomato paste
  13. Add chicken, salt
  14. Cook for 25 mins or until chicken is tender
  15. Add prawns
  16. Cook for 5 minutes
