Description

Ziti Pasta with spinach and artichokes only requires about 15 minutes for this stunning dish.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 16 oz Box Ziti (Pasta)
  • 500g Spinach (chopped)
  • 1 Can Artichoke Quarters (drained)
  • 23 Cloves Garlic (grated)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 5 Tbsp. Pecorino Cheese (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta as per box instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan, sauté onion and garlic till soft then add in spinach.
  3. Cook till wilted.
  4. Sprinkle in flour and slowly pour in the milk and cream.
  5. Stir until smooth and silky.
  6. Add in seasoning and artichokes.
  7. Add in pasta and toss well.
  8. Serve with grated Pecorino.
  9. Enjoy!!
