Description
Ziti Pasta with spinach and artichokes only requires about 15 minutes for this stunning dish.

- 16 oz Box Ziti (Pasta)
- 500g Spinach (chopped)
- 1 Can Artichoke Quarters (drained)
- 2–3 Cloves Garlic (grated)
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 onion (diced)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 5 Tbsp. Pecorino Cheese (garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta as per box instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan, sauté onion and garlic till soft then add in spinach.
- Cook till wilted.
- Sprinkle in flour and slowly pour in the milk and cream.
- Stir until smooth and silky.
- Add in seasoning and artichokes.
- Add in pasta and toss well.
- Serve with grated Pecorino.
- Enjoy!!
