Description
Fresh fruit is baked into every Strawberry Muffin. No box mix needed here, just classic baking at its best with fresh seasonal fruit.

- 1 cup strawberries, quartered
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Line a muffin tin with paper cups.
- Rinse and drain the strawberries, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk.
- Pour it into the dry ingredients along with the melted butter.
- Stir lightly, just until the dry bits disappear. The batter will be lumpy; not to worry, no need to fix it.
- Gently fold in the strawberries.
- Spoon the dough into the muffin cups, filling about ⅔ full.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
