Fresh fruit is baked into every Strawberry Muffin. No box mix needed here, just classic baking at its best with fresh seasonal fruit.

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper cups.
  3. Rinse and drain the strawberries, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk.
  6. Pour it into the dry ingredients along with the melted butter.
  7. Stir lightly, just until the dry bits disappear. The batter will be lumpy; not to worry, no need to fix it.
  8. Gently fold in the strawberries.
  9. Spoon the dough into the muffin cups, filling about ⅔ full.
  10. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
