Description
This is my go-to breakfast smoothie when I want something bright, creamy, and not boring. It’s quick, flexible, and honestly tastes better than it looks in the blender.

- 1 cup mixed frozen berries (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 3/4 cup natural Balkan-style yoghurt (or whatever you have available)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup ripe papaya, cubed
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1 scoop protein powder
Instructions
- Add 1 cup mixed frozen berries, 3/4 cup natural Balkan-style yoghurt, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/2 cup papaya, 1/2 cup carrot juice, and 1 scoop protein powder to your blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping once or twice to scrape down the sides if the berries stick.
- Taste it and adjust with a splash more coconut milk if you like it thinner, then drink it straight away while it’s cold and fresh.
