Instructions
- Cream the sugar and butter and then add the egg and vanilla essence and mix through.
- Add flour bit by bit.
- Do not add all flour at once.
- You can rather add more when dough requires more flour.
- Bake at 180 C / 350 F for 14 minutes

From this dough, I made Nestle Tex – Candy and Kit Kat biscuits and Chocolate chips
and red cherry.
