1kg lamb chops
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 cup plain yoghurt
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
1 onion grated or finely chopped
2 tomatoes grated
2 teaspoons black pepper
Salt to taste
Marinate chops in above ingredients for an hour.
Heat two tablespoons of oil add two cinnamon sticks and a aniseed add chops with any leftover marinate cook on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes.
Or until chops are tender.
