- 4–6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
- 2 Eggs (beaten)
- Marinara Sauce
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Flour (for dusting)
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil (for frying)
- Optional Garlic Butter (for brushing)
- Slider Buns
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken.
- Flatten it out to ensure even cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Add the Parmesan to the breadcrumbs.
- Dip the chicken in flour, then egg, and again in breadcrumbs.
- Cook on medium heat until golden brown.
- Place the bottom buns on a baking sheet, add chicken to each bun, spoon the marinara sauce over, top with cheese, and grill until melted.
- Brush the top buns with warm garlic butter, sandwich them, and enjoy!!
