Description

Prepare this Chicken Parm Sliders recipe that reinvents your family dinners and party snacks.


Ingredients

  • 46 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Flour (for dusting)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Optional Garlic Butter (for brushing)
  • Slider Buns

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken.
  2. Flatten it out to ensure even cooking.
  3. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Add the Parmesan to the breadcrumbs.
  5. Dip the chicken in flour, then egg, and again in breadcrumbs.
  6. Cook on medium heat until golden brown.
  7. Place the bottom buns on a baking sheet, add chicken to each bun, spoon the marinara sauce over, top with cheese, and grill until melted.
  8. Brush the top buns with warm garlic butter, sandwich them, and enjoy!!
