- 2 packets of Tennis Biscuits
- 1 cup fresh cream
- 1 can Caramel Treat
- 1 Peppermint Aero chocolate
Instructions
- Whip together cream and caramel
- Grate a few pieces of chocolate and add to the cream and caramel mixture, optional
- Layer Tennis biscuits in a casserole dish
- Just a few to cover the surface of the dish
- Then cover the biscuits generously with a cream mixture
- Carry on with tennis and cream until you get 3 layers, ending with cream on top
- Grate your Peppermint Aero chocolate over
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours
