- 1 1/4 cups raw walnuts (organic, if you can)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Toss everything except the water into a food processor.
- Blend until it’s finely chopped and well-mixed.
- Slowly drizzle in the water while processing, just enough so the mixture starts to hold together.
- That’s it! Your walnut sausage is ready to use.
