Description

Instructions

Sauce

  1. Blend all the vegetables and add enough water to help it blend.

Turkey Meat Sauce

  1. Brown and season your choice of mince (I used Turkey).
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan add the blended vegetables, season, and cook out for about 10-15 minutes, you may need to add more water if it is too thick.
  4. Add the browned meat to the sauce and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
  5. I add some chopped vegetables to the sauce for texture (optional).
  6. Pour the meat sauce onto the cooked pasta and toss to ensure its fully coated. Enjoy!!
