- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 handful of fresh baby spinach
- Seasoning of your choice, to your own taste
Instructions
- So simple: Blitz together cottage cheese, egg, and fresh baby spinach, add the seasonings
- You really can’t get the recipe wrong: you could use 2 eggs, add in any greens, or leave them out entirely. It all works!
- Pour it into a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F/180°C for about a half hour, depending on your oven.
- I will say that I learned to bake these a little longer than you might think for them to dry out fully.
- But even the batch that was not perfect was still entirely functional as a wrap without falling apart, and so very flavorful! I love them and will keep making them.
