Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 handful of fresh baby spinach
  • Seasoning of your choice, to your own taste

Instructions

  1. So simple: Blitz together cottage cheese, egg, and fresh baby spinach, add the seasonings
  2. You really can’t get the recipe wrong: you could use 2 eggs, add in any greens, or leave them out entirely. It all works!
  3. Pour it into a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F/180°C for about a half hour, depending on your oven.
  4. I will say that I learned to bake these a little longer than you might think for them to dry out fully.
  5. But even the batch that was not perfect was still entirely functional as a wrap without falling apart, and so very flavorful! I love them and will keep making them.
