  3. Using a knife, mix the mixture, till it becomes stiff.
  4. Knead lightly on a floured surface.
  5. You can cut out the scone shapes using a cup or a circle cookie cutter.
  6. Place on a baking tray and place in a preheated oven.
  7. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Enjoy with fresh cream and strawberry jam.
