  1. I’ve shared on Twitter and on my newly created Facebook page for my blog and related stuff. Currently only one like for the page so it may not do much to increase traffic here yet!

    • Hi Clive – Thank you for sharing on FB. We all need to start somewhere. You can share your FB page on the next FB day thread we have. BTW provide me with a link to your FB page and I will check it out after work tonight. Thank you Clive, you’re a star

      • Hi Esmé. Many thanks for that, I’ll keep my eyes open for that and will add the link into the next sharing day. I’m not sure what that link is to be honest! I guess the quickest way to find it is to click on the link to it on my blog, or maybe it will show up in the FB search facility: unsurprisingly the page is called Take It Easy. Many thanks for your help.

  2. Great advice in your image! I read something similar recently in a book on self-care. Journaling is a good thing, too, but we should also feel free NOT to journal on days when it doesn’t work out.
