  • 60 ml toasted cashew nuts (I didn’t have)
  • 3 sliced spring onions

Asian Style Pork

  1. Place pork in a roasting bag.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the seasoning, 5 spice powder (*tomatoes), peanut butter, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and honey till well combined.
  3. Spoon the sauce into the roasting bag and rub it into the pork.
  4. Close the bag and tie with the tie.
  5. Place the bag in the cool oven
  6. Bake at 180 °C for 1½ hours or until cooked on the lowest shelf and the grill is off at ALL times.
  7. Leave enough room for the bag to expand.
  8. Remove from bag and rest for 10 minutes before carving/serving.
  9. Spoon rice onto a platter, add sliced pork, and arrange on top of the pork.
  10. Pour sauce over the pork.
  11. Sprinkle cashew nuts and spring onions over.
