Bagel Burger. Enjoy this quick easy holiday summer supper
Ingredients:
450g steak minced meat (makes 4 burger patties)
Salt, pepper, and barbecue spices
Method:
Take cold meat, flavor with spices.
Make into round balls and flatten with the palm of the hand
Out straight on to barbecue (braai) for 5 minutes per side
PS: Don’t keep turning otherwise they will crumble.
Serve with a heated bagel (or roll) and garnishes of your choice.
