I just went with my feeling, and made Bake Beans Salad of a little of this, a pinch of that, and a sprinkle of the other, and so forth. It tasted delicious.

Even if I have to say so myself and it didn’t last that long, so enjoy this Bake Beans Salad.

Ingredients:

6 420g tins bake beans with tomato sauce.
2 red onions, chopped.
1 green pepper, chopped.
1 red pepper, chopped.
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar.
Salt and pepper to season.

Method:

In a bowl, pour the baked beans with the sauce.
Add all the chopped ingredients mix well.
Season nicely and give another good mix.
Pop into the fridge to chill for an hour and serve with BBQ meat.
