Baked Brie Appetizer

Baked Brie Appetizer. Whether attending or hosting a party, be it swanky or totally casual, pick up a wheel of Brie and make this easy appetizer!

Baked Brie Appetizer


  • 1 x 225g pre-rolled sheet of butter puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 x 340g Mini Brie Cheese Roll
  • Bacon bits
  • Freshly shredded parmesan cheese


Thaw pastry and roll open on parchment paper which it’s wrapped in.
Place the brie cheese in the center of the pastry and generously coat with sweet chili sauce.

Wrap the pastry over the brie corner to corner until it is completely encased in a puff pastry parcel.

Whisk the egg and brush over the pastry parcel.
Decorate with extra bacon bits and freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Keep pastry parcel on original parchment paper and transfer to a baking tray and pop it in a preheated oven at 350F and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
