Description
These aren’t chips… but your snack brain won’t know the difference. Try this Baked Zucchini with a Parmesan twist.
Ingredients
- 4 zucchinis, sliced into long sticks
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350°F/180°C.
- Spray a cooling rack with nonstick spray and place it on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan, thyme, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the zucchini sticks on the rack. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the cheese mixture all over.
- Bake for ±15 minutes, or until soft.
- Turn on the broiler and cook for another 2–3 minutes to get that golden, crispy top.
- Sprinkle with parsley and dig in while they’re hot!
