  1. Add broth, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise or butter, lemon juice, and seasonings to a saucepan.
  2. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces by half and thickens, about 25–35 minutes depending on your stove.
  3. Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Drizzle over roasted vegetables like carrots, Brussels sprouts, or broccoli, or use as a dipping sauce.
  5. Storage Tip: Keep in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 1 week. Reheat gently before serving.
