Our favorite muffins, BANANA CUPCAKES WITH PECAN NUTS! (Piesang Kolwyntjies)
Ingredients:
125 g Stork Bake
250 ml castor sugar
2 eggs
5 ml vanilla Essence
4 ripe bananas, mashed
500 ml Cake Flour, sifted
5ml baking powder
5ml bicarbonate soda dissolve in 125 ml hot water

Method:
Cream stork bake & sugar until light & creamy
Add eggs one at a time beating well
Stir in vanilla ess & mashed bananas
Add flour & baking powder, followed by bicarbonate soda dissolved in water
Mix until well combined
Spoon into a muffin tray and bake on 180C for 20-25 min
