Ingredients

  • Sausage links
  • 34 onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp thyme (optional)
  • 1 packet brown onion soup mix
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Oil
  • Salt

Bangers and Mash


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce and thyme, cooking for 5 minutes.
  3. Dissolve soup mix in water, pour over onions, and simmer until thickened.
  4. Season to taste, serve with sausages and mash, and enjoy

    I need to try this. I searched out a bangers and mash recipe for a Harry Potter party I did for my family a few years ago, and I like the recipe but this one is so much easier.
