Thanks Gabe – hope you will also enjoy it as much as we did. This is a keeper for us. Please feel free to adjust the rub with spices of your own preference. It’s so versatile that you should be able to adjust it to your liking. Enjoy

In Russia, we didn’t have beer cans or barbecues, so we used a bottle and an oven – same thing, delicious!

Sure – with the Russians, it’s always the same idea: the more alcohol, the better! But it does come out very tender, juicy and tasty.

  8. I see you finally got round to trying it…It makes for a lovely moist chicken, doesn’t it? We loved it when we made it 🙂

For sure Carol. Hubby made his own rub and when I arrived home from work, all done, and I enjoyed a very delicious chicken
