Indian Crispy Noodle Serv

Indian Crispy Noodle Sev is a deep-fried crispy noodle-like snack and an easy Diwali snack

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chana flour.
  • 3 tsp baking powder.
  • 1½ tsp salt.
  • 1 tsp sugar.
  • 1½ cups water.

Method:

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Add the water, a little at a time until a nice dough is formed.

Place into the Murukku machine and turn out into a pot with hot oil.

Fry until lightly brown, remove from the oil, and drain on a paper towel.

Once cool, break up the rounds, into smaller pieces.
