Brinjal and Prawns – a typical Indian cuisine dating back to nearly 5,000-years ago
Ingredients:
1 cut brinjal, soak in water and salt
1 medium onion finely sliced
1 tomato ground
3 heaped tsp chili powder
1 t turmeric powder
1 t dhania powder
½ tsp jeera powder
Salt to taste

Method
Braise onions
Add spices
Add brinjal and cook
Add prawns and cook
