These delicious scones are low in carbs – gluten-free and wheat free. Enjoy 🤗
1 cup almond flour
2 Tblsps coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup parsley leaves chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Crack of Himalayan pink salt Crack of black pepper
1 cup cheese, grated and divided
1/4 olives pitted and chopped
1/4 cup red peppers chopped
1 egg white
1/4 cup yoghurt
1 cup meat of choice (I used roast beef and spiced beef) chopped
Whisk all the dry ingredients together.
Add the egg and egg white, cheese (keep some for sprinkling before baking)
Parsley and meat.
Mix well to form a dough.
Divide the dough into 6 balls.
Roll each ball into a round disk, the shape of a scone.
Place on greased baking paper.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180 for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the scone comes out clean.
