Wheat-free Savory Scones

Caashifa's Savoury Scones
These delicious Wheat-free Savory Scones are low in carbs and gluten-free. Enjoy 🤗
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
2 Tblsps coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup parsley leaves chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
A crack of Himalayan pink salt Crack of black pepper
1 cup cheese, grated and divided
1/4 olives pitted and chopped
1/4 cup red peppers chopped
1 egg
1 egg white
1/4 cup yogurt
1 cup meat of choice (I used roast beef and spiced beef) chopped
Method:
Whisk all the dry ingredients together.
Add the egg and egg white, cheese (keep some for sprinkling before baking)
Olives
Peppers
Parsley and meat.
Mix well to form a dough.
Divide the dough into 6 balls.
Roll each ball into a round disk, the shape of a scone.
Place on greased baking paper.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180 for 20-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the scone comes out clean.
Cool completely.
