“Pizza” with NO CARB base, Enjoy this Carbless Breakfast Cheesza
Ingredients
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups cheese grated
- A crack of Himalayan pink salt
- A crack of black pepper
Toppings
- Salami slices
- Stuffed calamata olives
- Cocktail tomatoes
- Peppadews sliced
Method:
- Mix 1.5 cups of cheese with the eggs.
- Add seasoning and mix well to combine.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture on the paper and bake at 200C till lightly browned.
- Add the toppings, cover in the remaining cheese and bake again till brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
