Everything Bagel Chaffles deliver big flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
- 4 XL eggs
- 3 tbsp Miracle Whip mayonnaise (any type works)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the mayonnaise, cheddar, salt, and seasoning.
- Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix until combined. Let the batter rest a few minutes—it will puff slightly.
- Preheat and lightly grease a mini chaffle maker.
- Scoop in a little less than ¼ cup of batter. Close the lid and cook until steam stops.
- Remove carefully and repeat until all batter is used. Makes about 9 chaffles.
