These are Coffee Biscuits For Coffee Lovers. Great for Dipping.

Ingredients
- 250g butter
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 5 tsp of instant coffee or 2tbls strong coffee
- 1/2 cup nibbed almonds
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup maziena
- 2 1/4cup cake flour
Method
- Cream butter n castor sugar until light n fluffy add coffee n beat add the rest of the ingredients to form a dough.
- Roll into mini logs, and bake at 160 for 20 to 25min.
- When cool dip one half in white choc and the other half in milk choc.
