These are Coffee Biscuits For Coffee Lovers. Great for Dipping.

TRH Coffee Biscuit


  • 250g butter
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar
  • 5 tsp of instant coffee or 2tbls strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup nibbed almonds
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup maziena
  • 2 1/4cup cake flour


  1. Cream butter n castor sugar until light n fluffy add coffee n beat add the rest of the ingredients to form a dough.
  2. Roll into mini logs, and bake at 160 for 20 to 25min.
  3. When cool dip one half in white choc and the other half in milk choc.
