These are Coffee Biscuits For Coffee Lovers. Great for Dipping.
1/2 cup castor sugar
5 tsp of instant coffee or 2tbls strong coffee
1/2 cup nibbed almonds
pinch of salt
1/4 cup maziena
2 1/4cup cake flour
Cream butter n castor sugar until light n fluffy add coffee n beat add the rest of the ingredients to form a dough.
Roll into mini logs, and bake at 160 for 20 to 25min.
When cool dip one half in white choc and the other half in milk choc.
