This is a lovely recipe for crumbed chicken balls.
Ingredients and Method
Cook 4 potatoes in saltwater Lastly, add a few strands of spaghetti. Drain and mash the potatoes. Set aside.
Spice one cubed chicken fillet with smoked paprika, chicken seasonings, and salt. Stirfry in a little oil. Drain on a paper towel. Set aside
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, and a bowl of bread crumbs. Mix the cooled-off potatoes with the cubed chicken. Add freshly chopped dhania. Make ping pong size balls. Dip balls in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 30 mins or more. Deep fry in oil. Drain on paper towels and serve with a tangy dip Enjoy
