Delicious No-Crust Cheesecake 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓

Are you ready to make this Delicious No-Crust Cheesecake?

 

Ingredients

  1. 2x 250 g plain smooth creamed cheese
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 30ml cake flour
  4. 20 ml custard powder
  5. Large can Dessert cream
  6. 30 ml of lemon juice
  7. 125 ml of sugar

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 deg (moderate)
  2. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, flour, custard powder, and sugar together.
  3. Blend well with hand beater on slow speed
  4. Add the dessert cream & lemon juice & mix well.
  5. Pour cheesecake mixture in a greased small square Pyrex dish.
  6. Bake on 180 C for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 150 C degrees and bake for another 30 minutes.
  7. Switch off oven & allow cheesecake to cool in the oven.
  8. When cool remove and let it chill well in the fridge.
  9. Spread with strawberry topping, and fresh sliced strawberries OR caramel treat or any topping you prefer or have available.
  10. Enjoy
