Ingredients:
1½kg Chicken drumsticks and thighs (or any chicken pieces you prefer)
1 stick melted butter
1 cup maple syrup
4 heaped teaspoons minced garlic (or however much you prefer)
Pink Himalayan Salt, according to taste
Method:
Melt butter in microwave, add honey and garlic and mix thoroughly.
Place chicken in a dish and pour mixture over and marinate for minimum of 2-3 hours.

At regular intervals, scoop and paint some of the mixture over the chicken.
Bake/grill for approx. 1 hr till done, turning chicken every now and then, and continue to paint with the remaining marinade till all used up.
Today we made this on the BBQ, and WOW, it turned out super super yummy.

Grill till done and you have a good golden and even color.
Sprinkle with grated Pink Himalayan Salt to taste.
