What do you do when you have an open can of chickpeas?
You roast them to munch on as a snack!!  Super easy, and very tasty indeed.

Ingredients:
1 x 540ml tin chickpeas /garbanzo beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
Seasoning
Ground black pepper
Dried Salad herbs
Garlic salt
Regular table salt
Oregano
Rosemary
Chives
Aromat
Method:
Drain and rinse your chickpeas.
On a paper towel evenly spread the chickpeas and let dry for minimum of ½ hour.
I left it on a double layer of paper towel on the tabletop to dry, while busy baking Es’s Easy Aquafaba Vegan Meringues
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Evenly spread the beans on cookie sheet.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
Pop if in a bowl, add the oil and 1-2 tablespoons seasoning and mix through.
You can use any combination of seasoning to suit your own palate, spice it up with chilli or whatever, have fun and enjoy!
Return back to the cookie tray and then to the oven for ±10-15 minutes till nice and crunchy, but don’t let them burn.
Do not overbake, as they do get crisper when they cool down.
