2 frozen bananas
1-1¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 heaped tsp cashew butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 scoop protein powder
Sprinkling of cinnamon or all spice
Cut frozen bananas into small chunks
Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and you have the consistency you like.
If smoothie is too thick, add more milk.
Top with a sprinkling of cinnamon or all spice.
I make my smoothie in the morning, pour in my blender mug and off to work I go. Come lunch time, I have a wonderful, healthy and good meal ready to enjoy.
When using frozen banana, the smoothie is still cold and super delicious.
