06 Mar Es's Vietnamese Beef
400g (14oz) sirloin steak
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Teriyaki Baste and Glace sauce
1 large piece of ginger, finely chopped
3 drops of oil
4 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
Cut the beef into 1cm (about ½ in) strips.
Mix all the ingredients and add the meat strips and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Then cook over a high heat for 10-15 seconds, stirring quickly.
Garnish with coriander leaves (if you wish).
Served with left over Sautéed Green Beans and Mashed Cauliflower
