Cut chicken into desired portions.
I used thigh and breast portions.
Rinse thoroughly, add ginger and garlic paste.
Season with salt and pepper, little turmeric powder, 2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder any other seasoning of your choice which you have available ( I used little steak and chops and cayenne pepper)
Add in 1½ tbs of aminas chicken tikka marinade and 5tbs of any chilli sauce.
I love my chicken tikka really spicy.
Mix everything together
Add fresh thyme, make slits on the chicken.
I cut two potatoes into wedges and mixed it together with the chicken.
For extra flavor slice one onion into rings and mix with chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for as long as you wish.
When ready to grill, add little oil to the oven tray and place chicken and wedges and grill for 45 mins to an hour at 180 degrees.
Mash
Peel 3 large potatoes and cube it
Place in a pot with 2 cups water and 1 clove garlic.
Salt to taste and little fresh thyme.
Once potatoes are boiled, strain water and add 3tbs butter with 2 tsp milk mix together and add little onion diced with half a diced chilli.
Stir mash and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Enjoy💝💐
