Ingredients
4 cups Self raising flour
300 ml fresh cream
1 cup Schweppes Soda water OR Sprite
Method:
Mix all together. Roll out and cut with scone cutter.
Egg washed with beaten egg.
Bake for 15 to 20 min in preheated oven of 180 C
Serve with butter cheese or strawberry jam and whipped fresh cream.
