Ingredients:
125 g Stork Bake
250 ml castor sugar
2 eggs
5 m vanilla essence
4 ripe bananas, mashed
500 ml Cake Flour, sifted
5ml baking powder
5ml bicarbonate of soda dissolve in 125 ml hot water
Method:
Cream stork bake & sugar until light & creamy
Add eggs one at a time beating well
Stir in vanilla essence & mashed bananas
Add flour & baking powder
Followed by bicarbonate soda dissolve in water
Mix until well combined
Spoon into muffin tray and bake on 180C for 20-25 min
