Feriel's BBQ and Lemon Loin Chops

A simple marinade with lemon juice, seasoning, and chili for extra flavor 
Ingredients:
4 Loin Chops
Spices:
Robertson Steak and chops spice,
Peri Peri
BBQ spice
Spanish smoked paprika
Salt to taste
Marinade:
2 tablespoons lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce & Chilli sauce
Method:
Clean, spice and marinade loin chops & refrigerate for few hours.
Add avocado oil OR sunflower oil to the pan and fry chops on both sides until soft and succulent.
Add sliced onion rings to chops.
Serve with Cous Cous, gem squash filled with spinach and stir-fried mushrooms and salads.🍖🌳🍄🍜🍽
