Ingredients:
1 kg chicken fillets cut in cubes
2 onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
4 grated fresh garlic
2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
1 tin coconut milk
1 heaped teaspoon coriander and jeera (Osman Taj Mahal)
1 heaped teaspoon turmeric (Osman Taj Mahal)
1 heaped teaspoon Suhana kashmiri mild chilli powder
1 heaped teaspoon mother in law spice OR any curry spice
oil and butter
fresh dhania
Method:
Braise onions in oil and butter. add chopped tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
Braise it till golden brown.
Dish out onions,tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
Blend with blender stick until smooth.
In same pot add little oil and stir fry chicken cubes until all water is cooks away.
Add all above spices and salt to taste.
Add coconut milk and the blended onions and tomato and simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh dhania and serve with Naan or rotis
