Lunch was oven roasted butternut with stir-fried garlic mushrooms with Edam cheese and salads ππ π΄ππβ
Wash and cut small size butternut in half.
Seasoning with Ina Paarman Green Onions seasoning and Robertson veggie spice. Drizzle with avocado oil OR Olive oil. Bake in oven 190 C until butternut is soft and tender.
Stir-fried mushrooms in garlic butter.
Season with salt and backgrounded pepper.
Scoop mushrooms inside butternut and add grated Edam cheese with Italian herbs.
Serve with salads. ππ βπ΄ππ
