The easiest stir fry ever!
Ingredients:
Boil 500g pasta of your choice. I used screw and spiral pasta. Set aside
½kg chicken cut in cubes or cooked 500g steak.
1 large onion
2 tablespoon oil or ghee
1 tablespoon Robertson Thai Exotic Spice
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp fine black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 tsp crushed garlic
Dark Soya sauce
Let the above cook till tender.
Method:
Stirfry
2 cups Mc’cains stir fry mix or mixed frozen veg
One Punnet chopped up mushroom
1 tsp oil/olive oil
Cook your stirfry for 10 minutes (Mushrooms cook faster than the stirfry)
Then add to your stirfry to the cooked chicken or cooked steak and stir well.
Let it simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.
I used Knorr Sour cream and Mushroom Sauce very tasty
Enjoy
