No meal is complete without a basket of warm rolls on the table
Ingredients:
Mix 4 cups cake flour
I pkt instant yeast
3 tablespoon sugar
One n half teaspoon fine salt
1 cup lukewarm water
1 cup milk
3 tablespoon sunflower oil
Method:
Combine wet and dry ingredients with fork.
Knead to a soft dough.
Oil container of dough and cover and let it rise in a warm place
Let rise to double size
Knock down
Shape cocktail roll
Let it rise again
Brush with beaten egg and milk
Sprinkle white sesame & poppy-seed over brushed rolls
Bake 180C for ± 20min until golden brown 🌰🍔🍞🍔
Serve with corned beef or cheese
