Feriel's Couscous with Veggie Stir-Fry

Panfried prawns and calamari
Add butter in griddle pan.
Add 2 cloves garlic.
Spice seafood with fisherman spice seasoning and peri peri spice.
Stirfry until cooked and succulent.
Serve with Couscous
Couscous with Veggie Stir-fry
1 cup Couscous
2½ cups boiling water
1 tsp fine salt
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp dried origanum herbs
Method:
Mix all together in a dish with a lid and set aside
Braise 1 red onion and 3 chopped fresh garlic gloves in a griddle pan.
Add 1 cup hawaii stir-fry veggies
Add Salt to taste and ground black pepper.
Stir-fry untill veggies tender and mix with Couscous and stir till heated
