250 ml Castor sugar
250 ml Cake flour
2 teaspoon (10 ml) Baking Powder
1 teaspoon (5 ml) Vanilla Essence
Beat eggs, sugar & vanilla essence until fluffy & thick.
Add sifted flour & baking powder & fold in until well mixed.
Spoon into greased muffin pans until half full.
Do not over fill muffins pan.
Bake at 180C until puffs loosen from sides plus minus 12 minutes in thermofan oven
Cut in half when cooled.
Fill with caramel treat, sliced banana & whipped fresh cream.
Dust with icing sugar.
Makes 18 cream puffs 🎂🎂🍰🍰
