A quick and easy lunch
1 big onion sliced
fresh chopped green chili
1/4 teaspoon mild chili powder and turmeric
salt to taste
Rub salt in sliced onion.
Wash off and drain in a strainer.
Whisk eggs and spices, green chillis and drained onion.
Heat oil in a pan and add egg mixture.
Cook and cut it in four pieces and flip over and cook on the other side until set.
Serves 3 people
